Job Title: Monetization Manager – Offerwall and Incentive Ad Campaigns Location: Europe/ Korea Company: TyrRewards Department: Monetization & Partnerships Reports To: Monetization Manager Position Overview: TyrRewards is seeking an experienced and results-driven Monetization Manager specializing in incentive-based ad campaigns to support our expansion in Europe and Korea . This role focuses on optimizing offerwall campaigns, driving user engagement, and maximizing revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and active relationships with offerwall clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and key partners to achieve campaign goals, improve monetization strategies, and bring innovation to our processes. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for gaming publisher partners, cultivating strong and long-lasting relationships. Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze performance data, focusing on key metrics like eCPM, ARPDAU, and fill rates. Propose and implement strategies to boost revenue and user engagement. Campaign Management: Collaborate with the internal CSS teams to optimize campaigns and develop tailored monetization strategies for clients. Technical Liaison: Act as a conduit between publisher partners and internal product/engineering teams to streamline integration and resolve technical issues. Data Analysis: Use advanced analytics tools to track performance and generate actionable insights, ensuring publishers achieve maximum ad yield. Innovation & Strategy: Keep up with the latest industry trends to propose and test new monetization features, ad placements, and engagement tactics. Skills & Experience Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years in incentive-based ad monetization, specifically in Offerwall/Rewarded Promotion. Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Familiarity with attribution platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) and other Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs). Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
