Description and Requirements

Do you aspire to join the Marketing & Communication team of one of the world’s largest IT companies that chooses to be different and better? We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our Commercial & Education marketing activities in France during a maternity leave period.

This short‑term assignment is ideal for an early‑career marketer seeking hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, international environment. You will collaborate closely with the Marcom Director, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure continuity of key marketing programs.Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and execution of Lenovo’s Commercial End User (REL) and Education marketing plan.
  • Work with Product Management to drive internal and external product excitement.
  • Engage with and maintain relationships across Distribution and Channel Partners.
  • Coordinate activities with external agencies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Contribute to digital and social media planning and execution.
  • Assist in quarterly marketing and budget planning in alignment with EMEA marketing teams, external agencies, and sales stakeholders.
  • Ensure continuity of ongoing initiatives through structured handover and proactive follow‑up.
  • Support content, communication, reporting, and day‑to‑day operational tasks related to the marketing plan.
  • Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Early‑career profile with internships, alternance, or initial years of experience in marketing (IT experience is an advantage).
  • Understanding of core marketing principles and operational processes.
  • Exposure to digital marketing, social media, or agency collaboration preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international, cross‑functional environment.
  • Professional fluency in English (mandatory); French proficiency is beneficial for daily collaboration.
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and adaptable, with a positive attitude toward learning.
