To lead our technical team, we are looking for a field maintenance manager with solid technical experience.As manager, you will be responsible for :Manage and plan the daily work of the 5-strong team of technicians at the Granitarn and Granitarn Carrières sites.In collaboration with the technical team, draw up and manage a maintenance plan for machines and overhead cranes.Manage the spare parts stock, carry out price comparisons, purchase and follow up orders.You'll also play an active role in helping your team to :Analyze malfunctions in the automated production department.Troubleshoot machine and crane malfunctions.Commission and check the correct operation of electrical installations on new machines.Carry out curative and preventive maintenance and repair work.ProfileDegree in electromechanics or electricity/electrotechnology.Good technical knowledge of: industrial electricity, electronics, PLC controls, relay controls, frequency controls, pneumatics.Basic knowledge of motor vehicles and rolling stock.Ability to read, interpret and adjust mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings.Strong administrative and computer skills.Strong leadership skills, experience in such a role is a plus.Field mentality: you also like to roll up your sleeves and know how to manage certain things or situations.Fluent in French, with sufficient knowledge of English to communicate with colleagues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
