📢 Volunteer Opportunity: Mailbox Audit & Compliance Team (MACT)

To further strengthen our communication systems, we are pleased to announce the formation of the Mailbox Audit & Compliance Team (MACT).

This is a volunteer leadership and accountability role designed to ensure that all shared inbox communications — especially applicant and stakeholder emails — are handled with consistency, professionalism, and care.

🔎 Role Overview

Members of MACT will:

• Monitor shared inboxes to ensure timely responses
• Track unanswered or overdue emails
• Review response timelines and workflow compliance
• Identify communication gaps and recommend improvements
• Provide brief audit summaries to leadership
