Our client is a major and international player in the mobility sector. We are looking for a Loyalty & CRM manager to support their growth and a strategic initiative for the group: the customer loyalty and retention programme! Main objectives : The Loyalty CRM & Retention Manager is in charge of the definition of marketing automation plan, of the interface with CRM and Digital teams along with the CRM agency During Project mode (new Loyalty Program), he has a Project Management role and is in charge of the run of current “Privilege” program and of the migration of members towards the new Program Missions : Run the current loyalty program (CRM/ Loyalty Marketing) 1 - You will work with an external CRM agency to drive the current loyalty program with the following missions: Coordinate the Digital team and CRM agency: briefings, targeting & content proposals (lifecycle emails, promotional emails, monthly account statement) Define & implement enhancements to the existing Europcar program (including GDPR requirements) Analyse the loyalty program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements (grow both the revenue from the active membership base and the database with repeaters not yet members) Report relevant KPIs reporting & analyses 2-Start to gain knowledge on the other brands’ programs 3- Prepare the Quarterly business reviews with country managers (report on KPIs and learnings from latest campaigns) Collaborate to design and build new Group Retention Programs (Offer Marketing/ Project Management) You will play an exciting role in creating new retentions program in the Group (all brands all use cases) and will in particular: Participate actively within the project team to design and deliver the new loyalty program and lead especially the Migration strategy Collaborate to design the retention benefits in order to increase customer lifetime value and to establish relevant monitoring dashboards Profile : Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing, launching or running Loyalty programs, Offer Marketing, Project Management. Experience in Digital and/ or CRM (email marketing) is a plus. Master degree in Business School Fluent in English Google suite, Google Analytics. CRM tools: knowledge and experience on Salesforce would be a real plus Cross-functional, autonomous and creative Ability to drive projects, business and customer oriented Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international environment Position based in Paris 17ème
