Job Responsibilities

  • Cost and Efficiency Optimization: Coordinate resources across the entire picking, transportation, and distribution chain, driving cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and process streamlining through data analysis, and developing implementation plans.
  • Accounting and Standardization: Design frontline accounting standards (including internal and external benchmarking and differentiated scenario solutions), build average unit analysis capabilities, and standardize third-party business settlements.
  • Problem Solving and Implementation: Identify operational issues, develop solutions, and promote cross-departmental implementation. Be familiar with frontline employee responsibilities and optimize operational processes based on business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; at least three years of operational or improvement experience in picking, transportation, and distribution, with frontline experience preferred.
  • Excellent data processing and analytical skills, logical thinking, and implementation capabilities.
  • Fluent English, proficient in English as a working language, with strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
