Through that knowledge and experience you support the implementation of the new warehouse management system SAP S/4 (PA1)-EWM, to ensure the implementation of global standardized warehouse processes and systems in our Vibraye site.Responsibilities:Work with the business implementation team to ensure any legal or regulatory requirements and specifications are understood and consideredRepresent warehousing process in business implementationParticipate in Local Change Impact Assessment (LCIA) workshopsParticipate in Localization Sprints (Design, Build, Test)Provide input for Master Data in warehousing areaReview and clean Master DataValidate System Integration Test resultsPrepare execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities, validate resultsEnsure business scenarios are replicated in the test casesParticipate in Local Training Needs Analysis and Curriculum workshopsParticipate in Super User Training and in Train-the-Trainer TrainingAct as Super User in the EWoW (Essity Way of Winning) Support model and organization (e.g. first point of contact to support end users, evaluate end user adoption for go-live, support post go-live adoption (Social Learning and Performance Support), continuous improvements and escalating questions or concerns)Execute end user trainings (incl. attendance tracking feedback collection)Be a “change ambassador”You are the right fit for this position if:Are a specialist, coming from the business with excellent knowledge of the business processes and functional requirements in the warehousing areaHave knowledge of the SAP S/4 (PA1)-EWMUnderstand dependencies and integrations with other areas linked to warehousingIdeally, understand the needs for compliant handling of medical devicesAre able to turn in-depth functional know-how into requirements that can be used as a basis for the concepts, models and processes developed by the Scrum teamUnderstand company’s as well as program’s vision and objectivesUnderstand the impact of change, are capable to teach others and facilitate trainingsAre fluent in English and FrenchHave good communication skillsWhat can make a difference at Essity:An environmentally sustainable company.Opportunities for development and career growth.Life-changing innovations!An inclusive and collaborative culture.Application End Date:07 avr. 2025Job Requisition ID:Essity252757About UsEssity is a leading global hygiene and health company.
