Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) for 1 Year - Legal Counsel
Are you a seasoned Legal Counsel (7-10 years of experience) passionate about international business law? Do you want to join a dynamic environment where your expertise is essential to the group’s growth? This position is for you!
Contracts & Negotiation: Drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), distribution agreements, service agreements, purchase contracts, partnership agreements, etc.
Corporate Governance: Handling corporate law formalities for all subsidiaries within the group.
Compliance (GDPR): Ensuring the compliance of our activities particularly D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) websites with GDPR regulations including training and contract preparation.
Strategic Counsel: Providing direct operational legal support to the Sales and Marketing departments for their legal requests.
Administrative Management: Participating in the essential administrative management necessary for the smooth operation of the legal department in a mid-sized company.
Education: Master 2 degree (or equivalent) in Business Law, International Trade Law, or International Business Law.
Experience: Solid experience of 7 to 10 years in a similar role ideally gained within an international company.
Languages: Fluent in English (written and oral) is essential for independently negotiating and drafting contracts.
Skills: You are recognized for your autonomy, rigor, analytical skills (ability to synthesize) and business orientation. You possess excellent communication skills and are ready to quickly integrate into a committed team.
Tools: Good proficiency with IT tools.
