Title: Legal Counsel

Contract: Permanent

Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days smart working

Client: International Telecom infrastructure company headquartered in Paris.

Location: Paris, Île-de-France, France

Minimum experience: 6 years post-qualified, French-qualified lawyer with Corporate and Real Estate Law experience.

Specialisation: Corporate and Real Estate Legal; telecom sector advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft commercial real estate agreements (LOI, civil leases, emphyteutic leases, asset deals) ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Draft services agreements, telecom hosting agreements; support Sales and Leases operational staff.
• Liaise with external lawyers.
• Prepare corporate documents per bylaws and shareholders’ agreements.

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified French lawyer, minimum 6 years relevant post-qualified experience.
• Corporate and Real Estate legal experience essential.
• Telecommunications sector knowledge is an advantage.
• Bilingual (French and English).
• Knowledge of local regulations.
• Tech‑savvy with extensive contract management tool experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office package knowledge.
