We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Global Customer Development Leader to drive growth and lead our partnerships with key international players, Lagardere and Aer Rianta. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategic, high-impact initiatives across multiple regions. Your Mission As our Global Customer Development Leader, you will be accountable for delivering a dynamic, customer-centric growth plan across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. You’ll develop and execute a strategic roadmap, working closely with our partners and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and deliver impactful, customer-centered experiences. This is a critical role within our International Travel Retail (ITR) division and is directly aligned with our long-term growth and category strategy. What will be your key responsibilities? Deliver Results with Impact Achieve annual Net Sales Value (NSV) and Margin on Material Cost (MMAC) targets, ensuring investments align with strategic goals. Drive strategic, effective annual global investment negotiations, developing win-win solutions with customers. Lead the creation and execution of a single global price list across all regions, supporting financial and brand consistency. Develop Global Strategy for Mars Customer Growth Create a three-year strategic growth plan aligned with customer goals, implementing revenue management strategies to drive profitability. Design and implement a compelling, customer-specific growth strategy that fosters collaborative success across our portfolio. Build Strong Customer Plans Negotiate for Growth Partner with customers to build mutual growth plans, aligning on pricing, investment levels, and execution standards. Negotiate agreements that create clear, measurable objectives for growth, distribution, and brand presence. Enhance Customer Experience on the Shop Floor Collaborate with Customer Marketing to establish engaging, data-driven activation plans across our top airport locations. Develop innovative experiences such as “Transaction Zones” and “MM Experiences” that bring our brands to life and create memorable moments for travelers. What are we looking for? 3+ years of experience in channel customer experience or a similar field within travel retail, FMCG, or a related sector. Category Management at Channel or Customer Level Strong Communication and Excellent listening skills Highly competent and confident negotiator What can you expect from Mars?
