Pacific International has partnered with a multination industrial company that specializes in the manufacturing of chemical products. The overall business has over 50,000 employees worldwide and has generated a revenue of over €10 billion in 2022. Due to year-on-year growth, the business is looking at opportunities to capitalize further and has formulated a business strategy that focuses on broadening its offering to new markets. For this reason, Pacific-International has been retained to identify an Application Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be critical in the business's growth journey by developing market positioning and supporting the introduction strategy of existing products into new markets. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also have a strong awareness of the market and will be able to enhance the value of existing product lines. Key Responsibilities: Develop close relationships with end-users and manufacturers operating within the Semiconductor industries Analyze market trends/investment plans for end-users and requirements in key target application groups (organizations across the value chain for Semiconductor industries) Develop a go-to-market strategy for the successful introduction and commercialization of existing products in the new target market (Semiconductors) Improve value proposition for the positioning of existing and new products across specific applications Provide direction, coaching, and training to members from the commercial organization in order to support successful market introduction Key Requirements: Masters's Degree in Chemical Engineering, or a Business Science relatable subject Experience working with chemical products whilst servicing Semiconductor markets Deep understanding of Semiconductor markets and of its future trends (specific focus on markets within Europe) Existing established networks settled within the Semiconductor market Ability to work in a multinational matrix environment Excellent communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Strong interpersonal skills Team player This is an exciting opportunity to work for a world-renowned organization that is going through significant growth.
