For the SAP Competence Center, located in Maisons-Laffitte, we are looking for a Key Account Manager / Sales Engineer Aerospace Europe (m / f / d).Scope of your roleDevelop and monitor customer plans and division objectives, achieving sales and gross margin ambitionsBuild relationships, make customer visits to discuss common goals, achieving customer satisfactionPromote the strengths and capabilities of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in targeted growth marketsDevelop new requests for quotations and monitor performances versus the target area and the market segmentWork closely with our internal customer service teams to ensure maximum customer satisfactionNegotiate pricing agreements, build and manage customer price lists in line with the business strategyBe responsible for payment of customer’s invoices and actively participate in cash collectionShare and update customer files in the dedicated storage areas (Server, Super Office…)Manage the customer account creation, as well as analyse sales performance, and prepare sales budgetsWhat defines youProfessional qualification in Mechanical Engineering or industry-relevant experiencePrevious experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to successProven track record of developing new business and closing deals; meeting and exceeding targetsAbility to work independently in a home office with frequent travel to customers and prospects in the regionHighly self-motivated, strong account management and relationship-building skills; SAP system skills is a plusAble to travel up to 50%, within and outside the assigned region, efficient time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, fluent in French English (in written and spoken), a third European language is a plusOur benefits for youComprehensive Training: Kickstart your journey with several weeks of induction training at Trelleborg Academy.
