L’Arche International is recruiting a Head of Philanthropy in Europe to support its actions at the international level. /strong /ph3The Position /h3pThe role of Head of Philanthropy in Europe is situated within the Partnerships Department of L’Arche International, responsible for the development of private and public funding to support the work of L’Arche International worldwide and the development of L’Arche’s actions around the world, particularly in economically under-resourced environments. The professional in this position will be a key player in advancing strategic partnerships in Europe. /ph3Contract location /h3ulliPosition based in France, Belgium, or Germany, primarily remote /liliRegular travel, primarily within Europe /liliCompensation commensurate with experience /li /ulh3Education and Experience /h3ulliHigher education (business school / communications / marketing) /liliMinimum 10 years of experience in the field of philanthropy with international service organizations. foundations, or in wealth management /liliSuccessful experience in the field of fundraising /liliExperience with the monitoring of projects on an international scope an asset /liliPrior experience with the mission of L’Arche is an asset /li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliStrong knowledge and understanding in areas of economy and philanthropy /liliExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different audiences /liliMotivated by challenge and the opportunity to contribute to impact /liliExcellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
