ABOUT THE JOB As part of the Brand Marketing Department, you will report to the Head of Go to Market. Alongside the teams from International Marketing, Content, Communication, Influence, and Training, you will play a key role in the development of the 360° strategy as well as that of retail excellence. You will be a spokesperson for this strategy in front of both internal and external interlocutors. You will lead our learning and development strategy. You are responsible for and tasked with the development of blended training activities of the brand as well as the subsequent international roll-out. You are adept in switching from a presential environment to a digital one when training and have a keen eye for ensuring both methods complement each other when sharing information. You are a key contact in the transmission of all product knowledge, the sales team’s feedback, and the BYREDO Customer Experience - internally with your team, and externally with your various collaborators. You embody and share BYREDO’s values of excellence, creativity, multi-culturalism, and inclusivity in every single endeavour. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will manage a team of 2 brilliant & dynamic people and supervise local trainers in 6 countries You develop and foster a strong 12-month rolling calendar and will support a 3-year strategic plan You are responsible for the elaboration of the education strategy for every category: perfume, makeup, leathergoods, special projects as well as its correct execution locally You work directly with internal teams (Development, CRM, Commercial) and creative resources to create integrated plans You collaborate with the Retail excellence team to support non-product related projects with a specific focus on how to provide best in class service at Byredo stores. You are familiar with CRM tools / Clienteling Tools / VIC Program / Community Animation around the Store / Retail Event to improve the team’s professional capacity, customer satisfaction level, and achieving sales target, with the aim of growing the business and enhancing the client experience. You create conditions to make sales teams true ambassadors of the Brand. Support and collaborate with the brand team to build brand experience tools and strategy. Support by providing technique know how to execute brand experience or POS animation. Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them. You build and closely monitor your annual budget Training modules conception: You translate the product Marketing Plan into the Training Plan to create exciting Story Telling for sales advisor. You create relevant content depending on the priority of the launches and their strategic goals You gather all international Markets needs and feedback E-learning solution: You are responsible for the development, roll-out and performance of BYREDO’s digital Training Tool You are responsible for the creation of Training modules adapted to the BYREDO’s digital Training Tool You animate and challenge the BYREDO Training community globally You accompany every key contact globally in the roll-out of the BYREDO digital Training tool You analyse the main performance KPIs of the solution and set up action plans to reach them when necessary Learning experience: You onboard, support and challenge all local field trainers You constantly improve the full Training program for all newcomers You are responsible for the onboarding roll-out of every new BYREDO staff in close collaboration with each market’s key contact You organise and animate several global and local Training seminars across the year WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER You have a minimum of 5-7 years in a similar role across fashion or beauty industry You have strong people management ability You are agile and able to adapt to shifting market dynamics You are able to define ROI on all initiatives, analyse the wins and improve the weak points effectively You work with a 360 team and be willing to manage the small tasks as well as the big picture. You are fluent in English in order to maximize the impact of your communications.
