Job Title: FormulatorDepartment: CdDReports To: Technical Director EMEALocation: Saint-Nolff, France (56250)Contract: 9-Month Fixed TermROLE OVERVIEWDevelop feed and premix formulations for various species, including poultry, swine, ruminants, and aquaculture.Provide technical support to the sales team, ensuring solutions align with customer needs across the EMEA region in areas such as feed formulation, raw material quality, procurement criteria, quality control plans, interpretation of analysis results, and matrix updates.Support clients across EMEA with formulation tools, optimizing formulas, and delivering targeted training sessions.REQUIREMENTSEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Health, or Animal Nutrition.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in animal nutrition and feed formulation across various animal species.Experience working within multinational organizations and diverse markets is advantageous.Technical SkillsIn-depth knowledge of animal nutrition processes, including formulation, production, business, quality control, and health aspects.Proven expertise in feed formulation and practical knowledge in animal nutrition.Project management skills.Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Salesforce) and experience with formulation software.General SkillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Strong team player with a collaborative approach, fitting well within a matrix organization.Alignment with ADM’s values, mission, and vision.Strong commitment to timely and precise task execution.Strategic thinking in customer engagement and needs assessment.Willingness to travel internationally as needed.Passion for developing innovative animal nutrition solutions and staying ahead of market trends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
