So join us and live your #LactalisExperience.Reporting into the Innovation Manager Functional Nutritional Ingredients, and together with a team of dairy experts, you will contribute to:Developing further the understanding of milk properties and its constituents in a variety of dairy products (milk, cheese, etc.) and their behavior through different processes.Scouting for new-to-market solutions (product technology) that can add value to dairy products from a sensory, functional, or nutritional point of view.Main Responsibilities:Assist in the definition and execution of the innovation pipeline.Design, plan, and execute RD projects and experiments to improve our knowledge of ingredients and technologies.Evaluate new products/ingredients, new tools (analytical tools, as well as new ways of working) according to our key areas of focus.Communicate results to team members and the broader RD community.Participate in product, ingredient, competitive, and technical monitoring.Contribute to the Applied Research Team's success.This is a permanent position.You will benefit, with the support of your manager and our business experts, from a structured integration and training course allowing you to understand your future work environment and develop your expertise in the challenging and exciting world of dairy products.You will be able to approach the future with complete confidence, notably with remuneration recognizing your commitment: fixed salary over 13 months, target bonus, and attractive employee savings.
