Duties: - Implement all maintenance tools and processes to achieve optimum availability of the site's industrial facilities.- Contribute to the improvement of the production tool and the efficiency of the maintenance department.- Participate in the roll-out of the site's digitalization policy by processing maintenance data.- Develop the maintenance team's skills in problem analysis and resolution.- Ensure upward and downward communication with the maintenance team and line management. Qualification and Experience: Engineering degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent diploma/experience. 8 to 10 years' experience in industrial maintenance, ideally
