Description du poste Organiser et réaliser des campagnes d'essais de dynamique du véhicule en autonomie (respect des procédures, des conditions de test, analyse des données, planning, gestion client, rédaction du rapport…). Essais sur pistes de Mortefontaine + déplacements sur site clients ou autres centre d'essais UTAC possibles. Instrumenter les véhicules, réaliser les mesures et mettre en forme les données. Former et accompagner l’équipe sur les divers sujets de dynamique du véhicule, en tant qu'expert LAS dans le domaine de la mise au point véhicule. Gérer l'atelier : Suivi du stock de consommables, maintien de l'ordre et de la propreté, rappel des bonnes pratiques aux membres de l'équipe, 5S. Appliquer les consignes de sécurité du site. Réaliser des mesures de géométrie et des opérations mécaniques simples (et complexes si nécessaire). Autorités et responsabilités: Traduire les demandes clients dans les standards d'essai de l'activité. Qualifications Niveau de conduite essayeur : maitrise des essais type évitement, freinage, comportement routier. Ressenti subjectif : sensibilité, cotation selon grille, tri de pièces LAS.
