The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?At our renewable hydrogen production site Normand’Hy in Saint-Jean de Folleville, your main missions will be as follows:Contribute to customer satisfaction and industrial efficiency by ensuring the proper functioning of electrical installations (safety, reliability, availability, automation, optimization).Train and ensure the qualification of teams on the electrical equipment of Normand’Hy.Provide your expertise in electricity to support the operations team.Be the guarantor of the application of Air Liquide's technical standards and the implementation of important safety elements.More specifically:Supervise and participate in the routine maintenance (M1) of the electrical installations of Normand’Hy to guarantee the safety, availability, and reliability of the installations at all times.Program, coordinate, supervise/perform, and receive maintenance operations in relation to external companies (RTE, notably), authorized organizations, and the operations team for proximity maintenance activities.Lead vulnerability studies of the site's electrical equipment in connection with experts from the industrial management.Develop, consolidate, and monitor daily preventive and systematic maintenance actions using the GMAO MAXIMO for anticipation and traceability.React promptly to daily malfunctions while analyzing and capitalizing on the causes to eliminate recurrences.Perform complex diagnostics and participate in incident analysis; implement associated action plans.Provide necessary support to the regional maintenance team responsible for multi-annual maintenance activities and scheduled shutdowns.Define continuous improvement projects related to electrical equipment, in strong connection with the regional maintenance team and experts from the Industrial Management.Manage modifications according to the current process.Participate in the continuous improvement of the maintenance policy through exchanges with national experts.Actively participate and contribute to team meetings.You possess the following skills:Operation and maintenance of high and low voltage electrical equipment (transformers, motors, circuit breakers, protection relays, power electronics, harmonic filters, control currents, etc.).Studies of electrical protection selectivity and power balances, calculation of short-circuit currents and voltage drops.Characteristics of public and internal networks (supply quality, power factor and compensation devices, harmonic disturbances, interruptibility, intermittency,...).Parameterization of protection relays (HT distribution) and control-command interfaces for the electrolysis process.Connectivity of IoTs (protection relays and other communicating monitoring systems), centralized supervision systems, and use of perturbography.Monitoring of electrical distribution as a whole and detection of weak signals.Operational procedures for the locking and securing of electrical equipment, allowing you to intervene safely.Maintenance work on transformers (oil treatment, load adjustment maintenance, and accessories such as bushings, Buchholz relays, monitoring systems,...), motors (mechanical and electrical parts) and starters/speed controllers, circuit breakers and HTB isolators, HTA and BT circuit breakers, inverters and battery chargers, control/command cabinets and racks, power thyristor rectifiers.Knowledge of IEC standards and regulations applicable to electrical equipment and installations.Interpretation of predictive measurement results (dielectric oil: physicochemical properties, dissolved gases, furan derivatives - Solid insulation: insulation resistance, polarization index, delta tangent, partial discharges,...).Particularities:The Normand’Hy plant is set to start in 2026, and your position will evolve as follows:Until the date of Industrial Commissioning: Your workload will be shared between (i) training on the Normand’Hy plant under construction and preparing for the operational phase (creating maintenance procedures in your area of expertise) and (ii) assisting our Engineering division and various suppliers for the plant startup. During the startup phase of Normand’Hy, hours may change based on ongoing activities, which may require you to work temporarily extended hours. Therefore, you will need to demonstrate flexibility and autonomy. You will report to the Construction Site Manager of the Group Air Liquide Engineering Division.After the date of Industrial Commissioning: You will be responsible for the maintenance of Normand’Hy in your area of expertise.Are you a MATCH?BAC + 5 scientific/technical (ideally electrical engineering or electrotechnics).You have at least 5 years of operational and/or maintenance experience in the electrical industry.
