ph3Job Description /h3 pbWHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON /b /p pbMain challenge /b /p pYou will join Gameloft for Brands, the division dedicated to in-game advertising and gamification solutions.br/Your mission will be to lead the creative vision and artistic direction of rich media formats (playables, mini-games, interactive videos, rich banners) within bCOMBO! The Gaming Media Network. /b /p pbWhat it means on a daily basis : /b /p ul liManage and structure the production of creative concepts from brief to delivery (mockups, prototypes, interactive videos, mini-games). /li liHandle timelines, resources, priorities, and budgets across creative, technical, and commercial teams. /li liParticipate in ideation and translate client needs into feasible and relevant creative proposals. /li liManage and coordinate a diverse team of internal and external creative talents (designers, motion artists, HTML5 developers) in an inclusive and collaborative environment. /li liFormalize and optimize production workflows (processes, templates, best practices) to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency. /li liSupport commercial pitches by preparing visual presentations, prototypes, and interactive formats. /li /ul pYou will report to our bGlobal Marketing Director at Gameloft /b and manage a team of two designers, working in close collaboration with the product and technical teams. /p pRecruitment Process /p ul lipbInitial call with our Talent Acquisition team: /bbr/A phone conversation with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to assess your fit for the role and address any initial questions you may have. /p /li lipbInterview with the Hiring Manager, our Global Marketing Director at Gameloft: /bbr/This interview aims to evaluate your suitability for the role, assess your technical skills, and answer any technical questions you may have about the position. /p /li lipbFinal interview with our EVP, Gameloft for Brands: /bbr/This final stage provides an opportunity to discuss the previous interviews in more depth and to assess the strategic aspects of the role. /p /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED /b /p ul liStrong experience in creative project management / digital production (agency, studio, adtech). /li liDeep understanding of rich media and digital advertising formats (HTML5, playable ads, interactivity). /li liProficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and creative toolsets (Adobe Suite, Figma). /li liGood understanding of UX, storytelling, and technical constraints of interactive experiences. /li liComfortable using AI tools (OpenAI, Midjourney, Runway) for ideation and creative support. /li /ul pbWHO YOU ARE /b /p ul liExcellent organizational skills, rigor, and prioritization ability. /li liCollaborative leadership with the ability to guide and unify a team. /li liEffective communication and a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
