Brief overview of primary responsibilities:Effectively manages the Service Department office team members to ensure team objectives and goals are being carried out.Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships.Direct management of the Service Coordinator/Dispatching department.Assist with hiring interviewing process and employee terminations.Review invoices for approval for billing and invoice dispute resolutions.Assist in managing field technicians.Assist in contracts dept. for review of renewal and performance of contracts.Assist Vice President Service Operations in other duties as assigned.Resolves escalated customer issues.Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office which include proficiency of Excel spreadsheet.Qualifications & Skills:Possess a minimum high school diploma or GED. College is a plus.HVAC industry background knowledge of 10 years plus.Understands the HVAC trade and terminology.Excellent communication and organization skills.Ability to communicate equally well with technicians, customers, and management.Well organized.Team oriented.Possess exceptional problem-solving skills.Able to work under stressful situations calmly.
