EZVIZ is now looking for a HR Generalist, who can act as the first point of contact for all HR matters including first line advice as well as guidance on policy, processes, and procedures. Your Responsibility Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Oversee recruitment process for assigned areas, which includes sourcing, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing correspondence, developing and maintaining relationships with employment agencies and other recruitment sources. Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures. Coordinate and complete all new hire onboarding, contractual change and termination processes and documentation. Ensure accurate, proactive and timely recording of data. Support global mobility, arrange work and residence permits and settlement after relocation. 30% rulling application. Assisting with the execution of the Performance Management. Prepare the monthly payroll process, partnering with the External Payroll Vendor. Own the delivery of key people processes such as working with absence and company doctor, pension provider and the central medical insurance provider Conduct employee and management training; Handle administrative and organizational tasks within the company. Assist in other ad-hoc job projects as assigned. Your Profile Degree in Human Resources of a related relevant field. A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role. Understanding of the French Labor law and regulations and knowledge of HR procedures and policies is required. A first HR experience with European countries would be considered as a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbally. Fluent in English and French. Plus Mandarin would be of added advantage. Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks. Ability to cope in a fast, dynamic environment in a calm and professional manner.
