### **Mission**Lead the strategic and operational integration of Human Resources and Administrative functions to drive organizational excellence at ICCF EU. As a hands-on leader, you will oversee HR initiatives and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a culture of efficiency, innovation, and compliance.---### **Key Responsibilities****1. Strategic HR Organizational Development:**- Develop and execute the People strategy, aligning HR programs with ICICLE’s business objectives.- Partner with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and global expansion (e.g., new stores, international market entry).- Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with the Group’s values and integrate best practices across regions.**2. Talent Management Development:**- Attract and retain top talent through innovative recruitment and retention strategies.- Design and implement learning programs to upskill employees and build leadership pipelines.**3. Employee Experience Compliance:**- Oversee competitive compensation, benefits, and wellness programs.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health/safety regulations, and ethical standards.- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.**4. Administrative Operations Management:**- **Office Facilities Management:** Supervise daily office operations, including facility maintenance, security, and workspace optimization.- **Vendor Procurement Oversight:** Negotiate contracts with suppliers (e.g., IT, office supplies), ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.- **Budget Cost Control:** Manage HR and administrative budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.- **Policy Development:** Establish and update administrative policies (e.g., travel, procurement) to streamline operations.- **Cross-Department Coordination:** Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Finance teams to support organizational needs.- **Health Safety Compliance:** Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and lead emergency response planning.**5. Operational Excellence:**- Optimize HR and administrative workflows through technology adoption (e.g., HRIS, automation tools).- Maintain accurate records, generate analytics, and report on HR/administrative KPIs.---### **Candidate Profile****Education:**- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.**Languages:**- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).**Experience:**- 8+ years of leadership experience in HR **and administration**, preferably in multinational retail/luxury sectors.- Proven expertise in managing HR functions **alongside administrative operations** (facilities, procurement, budgeting).- Track record in leading cross-functional projects (e.g., office relocations, system implementations).**Key Competencies:**- **Strategic Vision:** Ability to align HR and administrative strategies with business growth.- **Operational Agility:** Expertise in optimizing office workflows and managing multi-site operations.- **Vendor Budget Management:** Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.- **Cultural Sensitivity:** Experience bridging diverse teams in global environments.- **Crisis Management:** Proficiency in health/safety protocols and risk mitigation.**Personal Attributes:**- Diplomatic, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented.- Exceptional communicator with adaptability across all organizational levels.- Autonomous, detail-driven, and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
