We invite you to put your talents and career in motion at Flowserve.Reporting to France's Human Resources Department and under the responsibility of the regional HR Manager, we are looking for an HRBP to contribute to the management of various HR projects for all sites in France. The successful candidate will ensure good relations with social partners and take part in joint bodies. They will provide day-to-day support to managers and, as a true agent of change, and will participate in the implementation/modification of company agreements, the promotion of gender diversity, the management of quality of life at work, recruitment and career development.The candidate will work in a multi-company, international and matrix environment, in a context of HR transformation.Responsibilities:Participate in the management of labor relations and monitor regulatory changes.Management and monitoring of company agreements and action plans.Participate in cross-functional HR projects with a national scope, and carry out preparatory studies.Active participation in the implementation of HR development projects in line with company needs and/or Group HR strategy, such as career development plans, career and succession plans, employee engagement, RPS, Employer Brand, etc.Optimize the integration process.Participation in the dissemination of HR information and internal communication.Management and follow-up of annual and professional interviews.Preparation and analysis of social data for several legal entities (social balance sheet, gender equality index, ISO indicators, agreement monitoring indicators).Support for managers.Requirements:Experience in working with production, engineering and/or sales teams - you are comfortable leading or steering HR projects.Ability to collect and exploit HR data - you have the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.You are a self-starter with good interpersonal skills.Experience with Workday or other relevant HRIS.Knowledge of labor law.Bac + 4 or Masters in HR and minimum 8 years relevant experience.Professional English.Willingness to commute to other regions at least once a week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
