You will closely work with senior colleagues and external vendors to implement new Talent Development strategies and processes, aimed at enhancing employee growth. /ppbr/ppAdditionally, the new Training Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for organising weekly onboarding of new colleagues across different departments in the Paris office. This will include setting up their equipment, running induction sessions, organising site tours and talking your new colleagues through compliance, benefits package and overall company processes. /ppbr/ppstrongTraining Onboarding Specialist – Required Profile: /strong /pulliPrevious experience in an international HR Function, ideally focused on training and colleague development /liliKnowledgeable about training statistics and reports, with the ability to generate insights to aid decision making around effective Talent Development strategies /liliOutstanding communication and presentation skills. Fluency in both French and English is a must /liliExceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, driven by a genuine passion for planning and efficiency /liliStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues at different levels, across different business areas and countries /liliA self-started and driven individual, who enjoys working in a team /liliEligibility to live and work in France without Visa restrictions /li /ul
