HR Specialist, PayrollWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Specialist to join our team.This role is for you if you like payroll, and you approach your work with a customer service approach and positive energy. You take responsibility, handling even unexpected situations with confidence. You will be diligent, efficient and focused on the essentials.Your main responsibilities will be:Operational payroll tasks and being the first point of contact for payroll related queries.Provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors on HR-related matters especially regarding payroll.Ensure accuracy and efficiency of payroll data and processes, e.g. checking accuracy of payroll data and HRIS data, ensuring that the data transferred to payroll is accurate and vice versa.Travel claims and expenses.HR reporting.Keeps up-to-date with software that is not directly transmitted from HRIS.We are expecting you to have:Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role (+5 years), preferably in an international environment.Payroll knowledge – solid know-how about HR processes, whether through education or practical experience and experience working also with an outsourced payroll provider.A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good command both in English and Finnish.Proficiency/good understanding in HRIS software and Microsoft Office and for digital solutions and HR technology.Service and HR excellence – a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.Independence and collaboration - working both autonomously and as a part of the team.An interesting role is waiting for you at our headquarters in Kempele in a competent team.
