Forvis Mazars, the smart choice.The purpose of this job is to perform all aspects of the Human Resource function in an effective and efficient manner that is aligned to the firm’s strategic goal.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with Workers’ Rights Act;Assist in the recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees;Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures;Assist in designing and running employee training and development programs;Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information;Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues;Assist in managing employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations;Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll;Assist in developing employee recognition and rewards programs;Using HR software HRMS for operations;Assist in overseeing and managing employee wellness and safety programs;Assist in managing and resolving employee complaints and grievances;Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees;Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees;Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.Person SpecificationAt least 2-3 years of experience in HR Management or a similar role.Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.Knowledge of MS Office and ATS.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.How To ApplySend us your CV at MRU.HR@mazars.mu or apply for the above job opening by completing the application form.Why join usYou don’t join Forvis Mazars by coincidence, you choose Forvis Mazars: a global school of excellence where you will be challenged to develop and grow.
