Generally, this function supports the creation and development of the culture of Outperformance and Customer Focus at the plant, being an established role model for others by living the Amcor Values though daily decision making. We are currently looking for our HR Manager for our Sarrebourg site, belonging to the Dairy business unit, and with a scope of around 260 people. Operational HR management: Deployment of the HR policy and processes Support to the managers for operational management (legal advice, employee skills development etc) Management of employee relations (Unions, Works council) Development and Recruitments Training and coaching of managers on Corporate tools (Talent Council, Talent Management System, etc.) Actively participate to the definition of the site’s strategy Design of an effective and sustainable organization HR project management for the site (turnover, absenteeism, training and development, etc…) ; Implementation of Corporate HR tools & policies on site Business partner on Risk prevention and Security policy (audits, Safety Eye…) Internal communication HR follow up in the Integrated Management System (Quality, Food & Safety certifications, Environment, Ethics (Sedex), Energy) Principal Accountabilities Monitors and follows up the HR reporting tool ; Manages the HR overall cycle ; Handles recruitments and leaves ; Prepares and participates to all meetings with unions and employee representatives (CSE) ; and manages employee relations ; Supervises the training plan ; Participates to the compensation & benefits policy. As a member of the executive committee of the site, the HR Manager acts a real HR Business Partner and works in close collaboration with the executive committee. He/she is also strongly involved in the deployment of the Corporate HR Strategy, and works in collaboration with the other HR managers of the business unit. The direct reporting line is to the Plant General Manager, with functional reporting to the HR function of the business unit. The HR Manager Sarrebourg has a team of 3 people. Qualifications/Requirements Formal Qualifications And Experience At least 10 years of experience in the HR field, including some years as HR manager of a site Industrial experience is a must have Experienced in French employment law and dealing with unions,employees representatives, collective bargaining and negotiation Experienced with operational transitions and organizational design  Specific Skills And Abilities Fluent in French and English Strong abilities with Excel Amcor is a global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging solutions for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, home and personal-care, and other products.
