As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in partnering with business leaders and departments to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and support managers in their people processes within the organization of Virya Energy and his entities : Dats 24, Eoly Energy, Virya H2. You will become a sparring partner for the business and provide support to our employees in different HR domains: Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders and the Head of HR to develop and implement HR strategies, that support the overall business objectives. Analyze current HR practices and identify areas for improvement to drive organization effectiveness and employee engagement. Performance Management: Coach managers on providing effective feedback, setting goals and conduct performance conversations/evaluations. You will set up and coordinate the yearly performance cycle in cooperation with the admin team; You are responsible for the management of the PM tool and support employees with questions. Learning & Development: Develop yearly L&D plan. Support the identification of training and development needs and facilitate learning initiatives.; Co-develop, follow-up and analysis of training budgets; Set up of a digital learning environment linked to our PM tool; Integration of the existing processes within this tool ; Development of an internal and external training offer; Evaluation and continuous optimization of the trainings; Coordination of leadership trainings Collaborate with managers and employees to support internal career growth opportunities. Develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote talent mobility, skill development and succession planning. Provide guidance on career paths, training, resources, and advancement opportunities with the organization. Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR general team to design and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating the onboarding processes. Set up onboarding sessions to introduce HR processes to new employees. Reward: Collaborate with the HR General team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. Provide guidance on reward strategies, job evaluations and marketed analysis. Advise managers and employees on compensation related matters. You will be responsible for the preparation of our yearly Comp & Ben benchmarking exercise. You provide ad hoc analysis. HR Policy and compliance: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, in compliance with legal requirements, and industry best practices. Employee engagement: Foster a culture of employee engagement and retention. Our company is growing at high speed. You have at least 5 years of experience within Human Resources; You are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written), a good knowledge of French is an advantage; You are a communicative person and are able to build strong relationships to get buy-in from both employees and management; You are assertive, mature and you like working autonomously; You ensure to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately; You have an analytical mind-set and work accurately in order to process benchmarks and budgets. You will be based in our HQ in Braine l'Alleud and Halle and are willing to work from our field offices when necessary.
