Opportunities for Technical support Engineers L2 - Hebrew speakersOur client:This client creates innovative storage and data management solutions that help accelerate business breakthroughs and deliver outstanding cost efficiency.Role Overview:Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues L2Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chatDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configurationProperly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customersYour Profile:Fluent in Hebrew skills both in writing and speaking (C1/C2 level)Experience in Technical Support L2 roleHardware troubleshooting Storage arrays (Dell, LSI, Engenio, E-Series, EMC, Hitachi, Pure, IBM) , RAID knowledge SAN, protocols (fibre channel, SAS and iSCSI), networking, Operating Systems: Linux, Windows, Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, docker), SW troubleshooting, certificates.Nice to have: Object Based Storage, Cassandra database knowledge, S3 protocol, experience with cloud backup solutions (Veeam, Rubrik, Commvault)Knowledge of host operating systems such as Linux & Windows, SAN storage fundamentals, block storage protocols (FC / iSCSI).
