As a responsible asset manager, we actively invest for the long-term to help our clients, our people and the world to prosper. /ppAs a future Head of Corporate Brand and Advertising, you will report to the Head of External Communications, and you will be part of AXA IM External Communications. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliBrand positioning strategy management: Define and uphold a differentiating, globally consistent positioning aligned with corporate ambition and BNP Paribas Asset Management values. Develop and evolve the global brand positioning with internal stakeholders; build the brand architecture; refine brand guidelines; monitor global brand expression for consistency. /liliCreative leadership content oversight: Lead the creative expression of the brand, ensuring singularity, clarity and resonance with target audiences. Prepare the positioning platform and roadmap for markets’ appropriation. /liliBrand promotion media strategy: Design and deliver corporate advertising campaigns to generate top-of-mind awareness and brand preference. Lead global brand campaigns, manage relationships with agencies, and align activation plans with marketing actions. /liliBrand tracking: Oversee global brand tracking framework and studies; define KPIs and operating model to optimize metrics such as top of mind, awareness, proximity and engagement. /liliTeam management global coordination: Collaborate across BNPP AM and BNP Central teams; empower team members and develop operating models between global and local marketing teams. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliProven experience leading corporate brand strategy for a global organisation, ideally in financial services /liliStrong ability to build brand equity in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders /liliDeep understanding of brand architecture, positioning frameworks, and integrated brand governance /liliExpertise in stakeholder engagement and change leadership /liliExperience collaborating with senior leaders and external agencies at a strategic level /liliStrong communication skills in English and French (verbal and written), including the ability to distil complexity into clarity /li /ulpWe would love to know more about you.
