With a team of 30 in France and around 120 employees worldwide, they develop, build, finance, and operate renewable energy projects across global markets. /p pThe business is experiencing rapid international growth and is now looking to appoint a Head of PPA Origination / Commercialisation to support and lead the commercialisation of power from its expanding renewable energy portfolio. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with development teams to determine the electricity marketing strategy for projects under development. /li liPropose tailored PPA solutions for each project and context. /li liNegotiate aggregation contracts (PPAs) or energy management service contracts with counterparties. /li liOversee the drafting of contracts in collaboration with the legal department. /li liMonitor regulatory and legislative developments across key countries to inform commercial strategies. /li liContribute to deepening market intelligence related to renewable electricity production. /li liBuild and manage the PPA Origination team as the activity grows. /li /ul h3Key Skills Competencies /h3 ul liIn-depth knowledge of electricity markets, particularly in Europe. /li liStrong legal and technical understanding of energy contracts. /li liExcellent negotiation and communication skills. /li liProven leadership capability and a structured, analytical mindset. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liDegree from a top-tier engineering, business, or political science school. /li liMinimum 5 years' experience in European energy markets. /li liFluent in both French and English. /li liWillingness to travel nationally and internationally as required. /li /ul pIf you’re a strategic thinker with a solid grasp of power markets and a passion for clean energy, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the commercial future of a growing global player in renewables. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
