Find a job you’ll love today!The Graphic Designer will support the sales and proposal team in creating and designing client presentations and proposals. They may also support global marketing to develop online ad designs, one-pagers, and brochures.Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas):Create sales presentations and proposal designs using Everise design standards.Create custom diagrams, flowcharts, infographics, and iconography for sales presentations, proposals, and brochures.Execute graphic designs of various advertising, marketing, and communication materials.Attributes & AttitudeEager to learn and evolve, develop new skills, and find ways to step beyond the general scope of the position.Possess creative and strategic thinking abilities. Able to think “big picture” while focusing on creating “pixel-perfect” craft without compromising quality.Always striving for the best outcomes while continuing to evolve for excellence.Proactive, action-oriented, and willing to roll up your sleeves and execute big and small tasks.Strong collaboration skills with teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional design outcomes.Meticulous, well organized, able to manage multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Understand, design, and use infographics, diagrams, flowcharts, and iconography to create effective visual communication.Excellent oral and written communication skills.KnowledgeAt least 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a high level of practical and conceptualknowledge.A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for graphic design and art directionKnowledge in Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and WordExperience with high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or BPO background is a plus.Experience in a global corporation will be highly considered, displaying a solid skillset in diverse design requirements with a North American audience in mind.Experience working in a business-to-business sales/marketing and/or global corporate environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and surpass expectations.Able to effectively translate ideas into impactful visual designs, diagrams, and flow charts.If you’ve got the skills to succeed and the motivation to make it happen, we look forward to hearing from you.
