Yourmissions :

Position overview

Reporting to the Global Commercial Operations EVP, you will be a true cornerstone of our commercial strategy in France and abroad. You will shape the future of our consumer channels (retail and e‑commerce) and play a direct role in the company’s international expansion. 

You will have the responsibility of defining, executing, and monitoring the global consumer channel strategy and associated business plan. You will establish the vision and ambition of the consumer channel organization in alignment with the Executive Leadership Team.

Your role will be pivotal in delivering revenue through retail & e-commerce channels, leading marketing, commercial, and operational initiatives, while developing new growth corridors. 

Key Responsibilities 

- Define and lead the Consumer Channel strategy (retail & e‑commerce) in France and internationally: build the 5‑year vision, translate it into a 3‑year strategy, and orchestrate annual plans aligned with business objectives. 
- Develop the presence on main e-commerce marketplaces and within the retail network: accelerate market penetration and strengthen product visibility. 
- Collect and analyze market data: identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights to guide strategic decisions. 
- Optimize commercial performance: monitor key KPIs (market share, category evolution, advertising ROI) and implement corrective action plans. 
- Manage relationships with global agencies and local teams: ensure consistency of actions, strategic alignment, and effective cross‑functional communication. 
- Lead and develop an international team: manage 5 headquarters‑based team members, support skill development, and foster engagement. 
- Coordinate with support functions (Finance, HR, Operations): ensure optimal resource allocation and smooth workflows. 
Promote innovation and digital transformation: integrate best practices in digital advertising and e‑commerce to drive growth. 

Your profile :

Key Requirements

- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field 
- 10+ years of experience in consumer channels, operating at a strategic level while maintaining strong operational involvement 
- Solid experience in retail and indirect e‑commerce (marketplaces, distributors, B2B), excluding D2C or brand‑owned e‑shops 
- Strong command of retail, e‑commerce, and marketplace environments, including hands‑on management of Amazon 
- Proven experience in Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and/or Over‑the‑Counter (OTC) industries 
- Professional background within multinational and complex business environments 
- Proficiency in digital marketing and growth levers such as online advertising, data analytics, and category management 
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including influence, closing, and management of strategic partnerships 
- Financial analysis and performance management capabilities, including P&L understanding and business KPI tracking

Languages 
Fluent English (mandatory), French is a plus. 

Location 
On-site presence at Ceva’s Libourne (near Bordeaux) Headquarters.
Up to 20% international travel, depending on business needs.
