Senior Recruitment Specialist in Global Private Aviation & Luxury Travel

Our client, a leading global charter company, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Private Jet Broker to join their dynamic and dedicated team. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take their career to new heights.

Location: Office in London (offering Hybrid or Remote working)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £50k basic (uncapped commission – offering between 10% - 22.5%)

Renowned for their commitment to excellence, they provide seamless private jet charter services tailored to meet the needs of high-net-worth individuals, executives, and corporations.

The role:

As a Private Jet Broker, you will engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals and corporations, tailoring private jet charter solutions to meet their needs. The role focuses on qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service while representing the business with professionalism and sound commercial judgment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive and strategic outbound sales efforts to develop and maintain a broad client base.
  • Maximise inbound opportunities by offering tailored solutions and securing profitable bookings.
  • Identify and deliver products and services that align with client requirements.
  • Consistently provide outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed set targets and key performance indicators, including revenue, margin, new business, and referrals.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities using the company’s CRM system.
  • Handle all inbound leads swiftly and professionally, with a clear focus on securing business.
  • Strive to optimise each charter opportunity while fostering long-term client loyalty.
  • Adapt sales strategies dynamically in response to market trends and external challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Client Services and Revenue Management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Source aircraft meticulously through an approved network, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
  • Coordinate with the Revenue Management team to explore fleet and managed solutions for client requests.
  • Oversee charter bookings from initial inquiry through to handover to Client Services.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and contribute positively to its culture.
  • Actively participate in industry networking and events to strengthen professional connections.

Requirements:

  • Must speak English and German fluently
  • Have the right to work in the UK or EU
  • A genuine passion for aviation.
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in charter broker or operator (if operator have experience selling to beyond brokers).
  • Ability to thrive and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong understanding of the aviation market, including aircraft types, availability, airports, handling agents, pet travel, restrictions, and permits (advantageous).
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Sales force is preferred)
  • Resilient mindset with the ability to recover quickly from setbacks.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for the business and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Ability and willingness to work early & late shifts, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
