Based in Aimargues, this job will sit in our Digital Factory, whose mission is to:Develop our Service-driven and digital platforms supporting “Pet Health Guardians”Develop our key capabilities on Design Thinking, UX, Agile Management, Mobile/Web/Ecommerce development, Digital Platform deployment and Data-driven transformation.Leverage those capabilities to design and build our future Business ModelsHelp in acquiring data and driving traffic to our owned assets, which will help transform data collected into digital performance metrics and business insights.Push from global to deploy@ scale and pull from local to global synergyThe Digital factory, as part of the Direct to Pet Owner organization, works in strong partnership with Marketing and sales teams and Innovation teams.Reporting to the Develop Factory Lead, we are hiring a Frontend Architect, who will define and drive the frontend technology strategy across the Digital Factory to support the organization's ambitions.What are we looking for?7 to 15 years' experience in Frontend Development for a digital environmentManagement of complex technical projects on an international level in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Ability to work with different teams and various team dynamics to achieve challenging delivery objectivesLead of technical teams with external and internal actorsFast Learner, Influencing and negotiation skillsFluent in EnglishWhat will be your key responsibilities?The role of Frontend Architect for supervising Angular/React Developers entails leading, guiding, and supervising multiple development teams working on projects utilizing Node.js, Angular, and/or React technologies.
