Job Title: French Implementation Specialist for CloudPay
We are seeking an experienced French Implementation Specialist to join our team at CloudPay. As a key member of our fast-growing team, you will be responsible for the operational processing of French implementation payrolls.
- Implementation of an in-house payroll platform with assistance from relevant CloudPay departments
- Reconciling pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information before processing payroll
- Researching discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
- Maintaining payroll information, files, and records for up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
- Analyzing payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
- Data input in line with French legislation
- Assisting in validation of payroll requirements to ensure sufficient information is provided by clients
- Partnering with Transition Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers between Project Delivery and Operations
- Supporting parallel runs if testing is needed on new requirements
- Supporting the Software Release process by validating new features have been accurately developed
- Supporting the Operations team following customer change setting requests
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills in English and French. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting. Business software experience is required in Excel, Word, Email Apps, and Google Apps.
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in implementation payroll processing
- Knowledge of Cegedim TeamsRH software
- Knowledge of direct management of the entire payroll process in France and international payroll experience
- Experience in implementation processes, software changes, and new customer management
- Team player with ability to share information and interact positively with others
- Assertive action and decision-making skills
- Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
- Forward-thinking, able to plan and organise own workload
