We are looking for an "FPSO - COST CONTROLLER (M/F)" for one of our clients, to be based in Ile-de-France (France) for a 12-month contract (potentially renewable)."FPSO - COST CONTROLLER (M/F)". What will your responsibilities and missions be?Cost Control Activities – FPSO ProjectScope of Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting all Budget and Cost Control activities related to the FPSO package throughout the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning, and Installation phases, under the supervision of the Cost Control Lead.Key Responsibilities:Support the monitoring and control of FPSO-related costs, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures, rules, and project requirementsCoordinate with the Cost Control Lead and relevant stakeholders within the Contracts Procurement (CP) team to ensure the effective use of the UNISUP system for managing Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Contracts, and Call-offs for external servicesTrack commitments, expenditures, and work progress through UNISUPProcess and validate invoices in accordance with agreed payment terms; maintain and update the payment schedule for the main EPSCC contract and related Purchase OrdersEnsure proper closure of commitments in UNISUP in compliance with accounting standards and SOX proceduresContribute to the development and update of annual and multi-year budgets in collaboration with the FPSO Package teamPrepare cost forecasts (Estimate at Completion - EFC), incorporating payment terms and potential cost volatilityProduce and issue regular cost control reports, highlighting trends and deviations, for review and validation by package managementAdditional Duties:Maintain strict confidentiality of all budget and cost-related data throughout the project lifecycleProactively collect and consolidate cost-related information from contracts and technical teamsProvide feedback and ‘lessons learned’ on cost control practices for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organizationPromote and uphold the highest standards in HSSE, ethics, and compliance with the company’s Code of ConductReporting Line:Reports directly to the FPSO Cost Control Lead, with functional reporting as needed to the Project Cost Control representative and the Accounting departmentWhat profile and skills are Required for this "FPSO - COST CONTROLLER (M/F)" Position?Technical Requirements:Solid knowledge of cost control principles applied to industrial projects, including multi-year budgetingProficiency in SAP (UNISUP) and Microsoft ExcelPrevious experience in a similar role on Exploration Production (EP) projectsStrong intercultural awareness and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, collaborate, and take initiativeFluency in English (written and spoken)====================================Are you interested in this position?
