In 2022, they launched their men’s and unisex lines, reaffirming their inclusive ethos and irreverent role in the global fashion marketplace.The Role:Due to our significant growth and expanding complexity, we are looking for an Assistant to support our busy founder and her senior team in a highly creative and entrepreneurial environment. You will enable the continued worldwide growth of The Frankie Shop, by unblocking barriers to team effectiveness, acting as a facilitator for the Founder and the business, wherever she is in the world, and allowing the Founder to focus on larger strategic organisational issues.We're looking for someone who is whip smart, with an entrepreneurial mentality, exceptional emotional intelligence and discretion. What You’ll be Responsible forProject Events SupportCoordinate and/or lead on ad-hoc projects, presentations and briefs, including some international travelLiaise with internal teams to ensure they are clear on expectations and deadlinesManage and coordinate Founder led events (internal and external)Liaise between suppliers and venuesCoordinate guest lists and responsesMeetings and InteractionsAct as a primary point of contact between Founder and external clients and partnersServe as Founders liaison between staff and functional senior leaders, regarding commercial trading, competitive climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planningPrepare Founder for meetings and events. Organising documentation and logistics, attending meetings with and on behalf of the Founder, and taking minutes in internal meetings as required.Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, working with Founder and executives on special projectsDiary and Administrative AssistanceManage and prioritise the Founder’s demanding schedule and correspondence to identify priorities.Handle enquiries and prioritise decision and action plans, and assist with the preparation and dissemination of research, data analysis, presentations and communicationsBook travel arrangements for the Founder and Senior Team, ensuring they have travel documentation and itinerary schedules to hand.Accompany the Founder to some external meetings, potentially including some international travelSuggest and arrange restaurant reservations and gifting where requiredSupport Founder with some personal administration e.g. passport renewal; accountant or solicitor correspondenceExperience, skills and qualifications Experience of supporting a creative senior executiveProven track record of successful project and events deliveryExperience of working in a Founder led creative business ideally FashionArticulate and excellent communicator in written and verbal form, with fluency in English and French.Excellent workload planning, prioritisation and ability to multi-task whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail and meeting deadlinesStrong EQ, diplomatic, gracious with a good dose of common sense and judgement.Proven acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities, bringing calm and focus when needed.Utterly discreet and used to managing confidential information and projects.Comfortable with ambiguity, change, demonstrating resilience and ability to work at pace.Can demonstrate ability to build productive relationships across all levels, with strong influencing and networking skills.Full time with support out of hours as needed.Able to travel internationally as required (Europe US).Based in Paris.
