YOUR IMPACT
The European Retail Education team plays a key role in the company's growth. By strategically collaborating with the Marketing, Commercial, Retail and Human Resources departments, we define and implement a European training strategy that aligns perfectly with the Maison's global objectives. We ensure effective and consistent implementation through various communication channels and innovative training tools across all European markets.
As the Europe Retail Education Fragrance Manager, you will be directly responsible for developing the expertise of Dior and multi-brand Beauty Consultants (BCs) in Fragrance across Europe. Your leadership will help cultivate a network of passionate and engaged BCs, providing an unparalleled Direct to Consumer experience and stimulating loyalty to the Maison.
The position is based in Neuilly-Sur-Seine.
Missions
As part of the Europe HQ Team and reporting directly to the Europe Retail Education Director, you will be a key player in the development and execution of our retail training strategy for Fragrance. Your main responsibilities will be :
1. Development & Animation of Training Path and Content
Act as a business partner, working closely with the Europe Commercial, Retail & Marketing Europe teams to identify training and development needs across Europe markets. Oversee the creation, adaptation and translation of Fragrance training programs for Europe andensure the deployment, and follow-up of Fragrance training tools locally (in-person, digital, and in-store). Manage the skill development of field teams on Fragrance by coordinating training plans and implementing development pathways. Organize and conduct engaging and innovative training and certification sessions (in person & remotely), in partnership with local teams. 2. Training Community Engagement and Animation
Animate and coordinate the Europe community of trainers, through in-person and remote seminars, regional workshops, several times a year. Serve as the main point of contact for the central Retail Education team & Retail Education teams in markets for Fragrance-related topics, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment and synergies between Central, Regional and Local. Organize coaching and mentoring sessions with Fragrance trainers, ensuring their development and integrating new arrivals. 3. Monitoring Training Effectiveness and Impact
Manage and Optimize Budget. Define performance indicators and ensure their monitoring on a regional scale. Ensure regular reports to the central retail education team, to measure training impact and ROI. Profil
A Minimum 5 years of experience in training with solid knowledge in educational engineering and blended learning Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching and interpersonal skills Mastery of digital learning (application, E-Learning, V-Learning, Live...) and comfortable with social medias
