The Consultant will be part of the ERP France team who is part of a larger ERP EMEA Consulting organization.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support and advise existing customers in the optimal use of the ERP Cloud products and related business.
• Work with existing and new customers to understand their requirements and deliver the perfect solution for their needs.
• Work closely with project team members, in particular, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and other functional leads.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Client Success Managers, Support, Development, and Sales).
• Run workshop sessions analyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solution design.
• Design and document solutions to automate business processes and satisfy requirements with Oracle ERP.
• Execute the set-up of the system and assure solution consistency and customer satisfaction in relation to KPIs.

Key Skills / Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business / University or Bachelor's degree in Financial / Accounting Management.
• Proven 3 years’ experience Consulting on Oracle ERP Systems (Oracle ERP Cloud or EBS).
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement-orientation.
• Be an expert guide to our clients regarding their Finance Operations and Administration, including the implementation and operational use of the Oracle solutions.
• Exceed Oracle and client expectations for engagement performance (professionalism, solution delivery, project documentation, presentation skills, and time reporting).
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow business.
• Fluency in French; good level in English.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
