Empowering people, creating technology.Responsibilities:Produces new products, material, applications, process ideas, approaches, insights, and designsCreates innovative and profitable products and processes, which meet and anticipate customer needsPlans activities and projects in alignment with the site or Division's strategic goalsConducts feasibility studies to validate concepts and construct specifications in order to offer recommendations for improvement opportunitiesDemonstrates financial awareness with respect to product, process design and, if necessary, vendor selectionAnalyzes data inputs to identify patterns and relationships to determine appropriate engineering methodologiesQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience mechanical, automationSpecified Years of Industry-relevant professional experienceRelevant certifications, system experience, and trainingProfessional-Level English language skills mandatoryFrench mandatory as wellCommunication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations.
