Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking. br*Your challenges:*brThe main tasks responsibilities of this position are: br* Define top-level objectives and requirements of new or improved vision-based functions derived from the navigation surveillance strategy br* Develop, validate, and integrate the bricks supporting these functions br* Contribute to safety, Verification Validation, and certification-related activities br* Ensure the deployment of these functions on in-service and future Airbus aircraft br* Collaborate in a multi-functional team with relevant stakeholders (Airbus internal centers functions, external academics, industrial partners, subcontractors) to ensure the delivery of the projects br* Be accountable for project delivery on time, cost, quality, and performance targets br* Promote and develop innovations, developments, and Validation Verification relative to computer vision systems brbr*Your boarding pass:*br* Educated to a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical, Electronics, Signal Processing, Data Science engineering (or equivalent) br* Strong background in embedded computer vision technologies, image processing, deep learning architectures for real-time / high-integrity level systems br* Good experience in vision sensors (camera EO/IR, radar, lidar ...) br* Good experience with implementation of multi-sensor data fusion and state estimation/motion control algorithms br* Experience programming Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, or Python br* Knowledge of navigation and surveillance systems sensors (GNSS, RA, ILS, Inertial) br* Language Skills: advanced level of English and minimum intermediate level of French preferred br* Curiosity and appetite for complex function and system development br* Ability to learn continuously, autonomy, a sense of prioritization, and ability to take a step back and see the bigger picture br* Ability to work with proactive, flexible collaboration as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team br* Communication, persuasion influencing skills, decision-making ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving br* A willingness to learn and openness to change, new methodologies technologies brbrThis position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities. brNot a 100% match?
