This multi-phase project spans onshore operations in diverse global locations and focuses on delivering critical energy solutions. Your leadership will shape the project's success through every engineering stage, from planning to commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering Leadership: Manage all aspects of electrical engineering, including system design, procurement, and integration, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.System Design: Oversee the development of high-voltage, medium-voltage, and low-voltage electrical systems, including large-scale motors, transformers, and switchgear.Technical Solutions: Address engineering challenges with innovative solutions to prevent delays and ensure seamless project execution.Collaboration: Act as a liaison between contractors, vendors, regulators, and internal teams to achieve project milestones.Operational Readiness: Supervise pre-commissioning and testing phases to ensure that systems meet operational requirements.Compliance: Enforce adherence to safety regulations, codes, and quality standards throughout all project phases.Candidate RequirementsEducational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.Experience:Minimum of 15 years in electrical engineering for large-scale industrial projects.Proven expertise in designing power systems, including high-voltage and medium-voltage systems.Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and utility system operations.Experience with large motors (40MW+), transformers, and power management systems.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, team coordination, and organizational skills.Why Join Us?Contribute to a globally recognized project driving energy innovation.Competitive remuneration package.Opportunities to collaborate with leading experts in the field.Start Date: ImmediateEnd Date: 2028 #J-18808-Ljbffr
