h3Directeur Médias et Relations Extérieures (H/F) /h3pJoin us to apply for the strongDirecteur Médias et Relations Extérieures (H/F) /strong role at strongTransdev /strong. /ppstrongTransdev is recruiting its Director of Media and External Relations (H/F) /strong /ph3Your mission /h3pAs the Director of Media and External Relations, supported by two team members, your responsibilities include: /pulliProposing an annual press communication plan aligned with Transdev's strategic axes to the Group Communications Director. /liliIdentifying and qualifying external strategic targets in France and internationally, integrating digital communication needs. /liliLeading the implementation of the Media and External Relations plan for the Group. /liliManaging relationships with specialized press agencies in France and internationally, coordinating with local teams. /liliProposing and managing the CEO's media plan to enhance external visibility (France and international) supporting Transdev's brand. /liliCollaborating with the Communications Director to identify group spokespersons and themes, and managing their media plans. /liliAdvising, assisting, and coordinating Transdev spokespersons (media training, etc.), creating and animating the network of media managers across countries, providing expertise to develop proactive media plans aligned with the Group's strategy. /liliEstablishing and managing crisis communication protocols consistent with the Group's guidelines. /liliSetting and managing budgets and resources necessary for your activities. /liliMeasuring the impact of implemented strategies. /liliMonitoring evolving communication practices within your scope (benchmarking). /liliSupporting the Group's image strategy by evolving media systems (media, non-media, influencers, bloggers, etc.) and maintaining a network of opinion leaders in France and internationally. /li /ulpDefine and implement local press relations policies in coordination with the central international team where the Group operates. /ph3Your profile /h3pWith a Bac+5 in communication, political science, or business school, you have at least 15 years of experience in similar roles, with strong expertise in external projects and issues in France and internationally. /ppYou possess excellent knowledge of media and social networks in France and globally, with strong writing skills, especially in crisis management. /ph3Your contribution /h3pThe Director of Media and External Relations actively contributes to the performance of the Group's Communication Department. He/she helps develop the Group's image by defining media strategies, managing relationships with French and international media, animating the network of media managers, and supporting major communication projects. The role also involves increasing Transdev's visibility and developing communication skills among representatives, drafting various communication documents, and supporting digital and internal communication efforts.
