This position will be located in Lestrem (near Lille).Mission:In this position, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation projects to improve the performance of the digital function, as well as managing the business processes of the digital function and monitoring digital performance. This position will report to the Head of Digital ExcellenceYour role will also involve developing and promoting consistent methodology and continuous improvement practices, ensuring compliance with Roquette practices.You will be responsible for :- Lead digital transformation projects to improve the performance of the digital function in areas such as finance, process, services, quality, and competitiveness- Manage the business processes of the digital function, including formalizing, communicating, and optimizing processes across the PLAN, BUILD, RUN, and TRANSVERSAL phases.- Monitor digital performance and develop corresponding action plans for OKR performance, financial performance, process performance, and service performance.What will we love about you?First of all, you have a strong interest in project management, methodology, and continuous improvement through data consolidation and analysis.You also have good communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
