This critical role will focus on the administration, stability and efficiency of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM and our financial transaction processing. We are looking for someone who can proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, support CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with teams across IT, Development, and Operations to enhance system performance and enable effective service delivery.
