Join us as a Data Manager QHSE F/H at SARIA FranceWe are seeking a dedicated Data Manager to play a key role in enhancing our Quality, Health Safety, and Environment (QHSE) data systems, contributing to operational excellence across divisions.About SARIASARIA is part of the German family group Rethmann, operating in environmental services, logistics, and Bio-Industries. SARIA employs approximately 13,000 staff worldwide, including around 1,400 in France, across diverse activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign KPIs and dashboards in collaboration with local and central QHSE teams, controlling, and IT.Support the central QHSE team in defining relevant KPIs at various organizational levels.Develop dashboards and tools to ensure data quality and a 'single point of truth.'Oversee data collection, analysis, and develop processes to maintain data integrity.Build a network with plants and countries for ad hoc data requests.Prepare reports for QHSE managers and suggest improvements.Design and implement data governance frameworks for QHSE metrics.Coordinate with IT teams to automate data sourcing and management, and work on data integration projects like CARE.ProfileMinimum of 5 years of experience, with 2-3 years in a similar role focused on data treatment and KPI development, ideally within a QHSE environment.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and similar.Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.Knowledge of operational/QHSE indicators (e.g., energy management, safety, non-conformities) is preferred.Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus.Additional DetailsSeniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Function: Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
