Thanks to an action plan in which all employees are invited to participate, the company has been awarded the Numérique Responsable certificate.The diversity of our employees’ profiles contributes to the richness and dynamism of the company.The missions of the Customer Success ManagerHandle customer requests, by telephone, email or Web interface, in compliance with the service contract and internal processes.Analyze functional problems encountered around the software, diagnose and qualify the problems encountered by our customers so that the technical teams can resolve them quickly.Provide advice and support, identify customer needs and translate them into business opportunities.Discuss user feedback with the product team, so that we can continue to develop our applications.Follow customer requests through to resolution.Participate in the design of user manuals.The ideal candidate is a dynamic person with good interpersonal skills, and dual competencies: sales know-how and technical knowledge. As the point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.Your role will be to guarantee our customers optimum quality service in line with the commitments of the service contracts in place. To do this, we expect you to:A sense of customer service and a commercial appetite.Proactive listening skills (understanding and anticipating user problems).Fluency in telephone communication, good elocution and impeccable spelling.Fluency in technical and communication English (an additional language is a plus).Good analytical skills, methodical and able to manage priorities.A taste for teamwork.Knowledge of welding/inspection or industrial maintenance would be appreciated.Further informationFull time, permanent contract.Position eligible to remote.Participation in transport (50%).Profit-sharing.Offices in Schiltigheim and Sausheim.You’ll have a Mentor to help you with training and integration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
