Job Description
Handle customer accounts in the final stages of debt collection with professionalism and care.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Communicate effectively with customers to find suitable resolutions for outstanding debts.Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Provide support and guidance to customers regarding their financial obligations.Monitor and report on account progress to relevant stakeholders.Contribute to achieving team and company targets in debt resolution.The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Accounts Advisor (Final Stage Debt Collection) should have:
Experience in customer service, preferably within financial services or debt collection.Strong communication and negotiation skills whilst being able to show empathy and understanding.Attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer accounts.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.What's on Offer
